On Thursday, September 17th, Cinema Diverse, the Gay and Lesbian Film Festival • Palm Springs, will host a revival screening of the perennial favorite, BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS, and Dolly Parton Look-Alike Contest. This is the last in the new three-part September Screening Series (the Festival opens the following Thursday, September 24th), and promises to be a fun-filled (and raucous) evening!


BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS, starring Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton, was an instant audience favorite when it first came out; at one point, almost reaching cult status with movie-goers and Dolly fans alike. And now it’s back on the big screen at the Camelot.
